SafeVault.io is where you can secure your documents, images and files securely. Not only can you store your important documents, we'll provide you with a Personal DataVault where you can list all your important information. You'll also be able to record either a video or audio testament. In your video/audio testament you will be able to let your family know your feelings about your estate plan and how you feel about them.
You can use SafeVault.io to store things like:
- Wills, Power of Attorney, Trusts and other Estate Planning Documents
- Information about your online accounts so that your digital executor can manage your digital estate.
- Bank Account Information
- Insurance Information
- Instructions for Your Executor
- Important Contracts
- Anything Else that You Want People to be Able to Find
Now you have a place to send your executors to retrieve all of your documents, online account information, insurance policy information, bank account numbers and any important information that you want your family to know.
You will have the ability to have up to 5 keyholders to your account. Keyholders are people that have provisional access to your account.
A key holder can ask for permission to access your account (say in the event of an accident of death). You will then have a set amount of time (selected by you) to respond. If you do not respond access will be granted. Any time before access is granted you can withdraw permission.
This plan will allow you to store your documents and information securely yet make them available when needed.

You can use your video/audio testament to tell your family why you made your will the way you did, your feelings about your family and things or anything else you want. You will be able to record as many videos or audio recordings as you like and make notes that are attached to each recording.
